Privacy Policy
Effective Date: January 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how the Company collects, uses, shares, and protects information collected through its websites, mobile applications, landing pages, advertisements, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

Information We Collect
The Company may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, including but not limited to your name, email address, telephone number, physical address, account credentials, communications, and any other information you choose to submit through forms or interactions. We may also automatically collect technical and usage information such as IP address, device identifiers, mobile advertising identifiers, browser type, operating system, application version, referral URLs, timestamps, approximate location data, and interaction or behavioral data. In addition, we may collect aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you.

Sources of Information

Information may be collected directly from you, automatically through cookies and similar technologies, through our mobile applications, and from service providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, and other third parties acting on our behalf in connection with the operation and improvement of the Services.

Use of Information

We use information for legitimate business purposes, including operating and maintaining the Services, creating and managing accounts, responding to inquiries, delivering requested content or services, facilitating lead generation and user matching, improving functionality and user experience, performing analytics, detecting fraud and security incidents, complying with legal obligations, enforcing agreements, and conducting internal research and business development.

Lead Generation and Information Sharing

When you submit information through the Services, your information may be shared with service providers, affiliates, or partners solely for the purpose of fulfilling your request, providing relevant services or offers, or operating the Services. All such sharing is limited to what is reasonably necessary and subject to contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.

No Sale of Personal Information

The Company does not sell personal information, does not rent personal information, and does not trade personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. The Company also does not share personal information for purposes that would constitute a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA.

Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, SDKs, analytics tools, and similar technologies to understand usage, measure performance, improve Services, prevent abuse, and support marketing and attribution. Mobile applications may collect mobile advertising identifiers in accordance with platform requirements. You may control cookies or tracking through browser settings, device settings, or platform-provided controls; however, some features may be limited if tracking is disabled.

TCPA and Communications Consent

By providing your contact information, including a telephone number, you expressly consent to receive communications from the Company and its service providers via email, telephone calls, and text messages, including communications sent using automated dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, or SMS/MMS technology, where permitted by law. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent or opt out of marketing communications at any time by following opt-out instructions or contacting us directly. Transactional, service-related, or legally required communications may still be sent.

Data Retention

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the Company’s legal rights. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information and applicable laws.

Data Security

The Company maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Despite these measures, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and the Company disclaims liability for unauthorized access beyond its reasonable control.

Consumer Privacy Rights

Depending on your state or jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to limit certain processing activities. Requests must be submitted in writing and may require identity verification. We may deny requests as permitted by law, including where retention is required for legal or compliance purposes.

California and U.S. State Privacy Rights

Where applicable, the Company complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and other U.S. state privacy laws. California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and used, to request correction or deletion of personal information, and to exercise privacy rights without discrimination.

Mobile Applications and Platform Compliance

For mobile applications, the Company complies with Apple App Store and Google Play policies, including transparency regarding data collection, use, and tracking. Where required, user consent will be obtained before accessing device identifiers or engaging in cross-app tracking. The Company does not use collected data for undisclosed purposes and does not engage in practices prohibited by platform guidelines.

Children’s Privacy

The Services are not intended for individuals under eighteen years of age. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If such information is discovered, it will be deleted promptly.

Do Not Track

The Company does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals or similar browser-based mechanisms due to the lack of an industry standard.
